Reputero ("we", "us") respects the information you share when you ask us to look at a case. This notice explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
Contact details you submit on forms, the URLs and descriptions of content you want reviewed, correspondence, and basic technical data such as IP address and browser type when you use the site.
To assess whether a removal or monitoring engagement is possible, to perform contracted work, to invoice, and to meet legal duties. We do not sell personal data.
We share what is necessary with the platforms we file to, with processors who host email or case files, and with professional advisers under confidentiality. We will not publish your case without written consent.
Enquiry data that does not become a client file is kept only as long as needed to complete the quote and any follow-up you request. Client files are kept for the period required by law and our insurers, then deleted or anonymised.
Depending on where you live, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction. Contact hello@reputero.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
