If we do not succeed, you do not pay
A RateMDs profile can appear beside your own site in search. Coordinated posts from relatives, or claims that have no clinical basis, can sit there indefinitely if nobody presents a proper case.
We work with practices and individual clinicians. The filing is built on the site's guidelines and, where needed, on the legal position around defamatory or confidential material. Speed matters in healthcare; we treat these files as a priority.
Patients look up a physician before they book. RateMDs is one of the first results for many names, and the site allows ratings from people who do not have to prove they were treated. RateMDs review removal matters when a post alleges facts that never happened, repeats a claim across several accounts, or exists only to harm a license rather than to describe care.
Clinical records are sensitive. You do not need to send a chart to open the conversation. A description of the claim, the profile URL, and whether the author was ever a patient is enough for a first read. If a filing later needs a narrow fact, such as confirmation that no visit occurred on the date alleged, we will ask for that fact alone. We do not publish records, and we do not put them in a filing unless the platform's process requires a specific point.
We file through RateMDs' stated channels and cite the rule the post breaks. Unsupported malpractice allegations, reviews by competitors, and content that has nothing to do with care are the usual grounds. A patient who was seen and who disagrees with a bedside manner is a different case. We will tell you if the post is likely to remain.
The same physician is often listed on Vitals and on Google. A coordinated set of posts should be assessed together, using the approach on the fake review removal page. After false posts come down, new reviews should come from real patients who choose to write them. ReviewLift can request that feedback without scripts that put words in a patient's mouth.
Clear cases have been resolved in a few days. Plan for one to four weeks, and for the 60-day window if an appeal is required. The fee is due only when the review is removed.

We prepare a documented submission to the platform that hosts the content. The filing cites the site's published policies and, where relevant, applicable law. The platform then reviews the material and decides whether it stays or comes down. There is no payment to publishers and no attempt to influence the outcome outside official channels.
No. A refundable deposit may be required to begin work. If the content is still live after the agreed window, typically 60 days, the deposit is returned in full. You are billed only for successful removals.
Straightforward policy breaches can be resolved in a few days. Most review cases close within one to four weeks. Complex matters, or those that require appeals, can take up to 60 days. You receive status updates throughout.
Yes. We work only through the publisher's own reporting tools and written procedures. We do not hack, impersonate, or offer incentives. The final decision always sits with the platform.
Send us the content that is causing damage. We will tell you, at no cost, whether it can be removed and what the process looks like.
