Request on a schedule
Trigger messages after a booking, a completed job, or a discharge. Volume stays consistent without chasing people by hand.
If we do not succeed, you do not pay
Most unhappy customers leave a review. Most happy ones do not. ReviewLift closes that gap by sending a simple, branded request after a genuine purchase or visit. The feedback is real. The process is organised.
You choose the channels, the timing, and the sites that matter in your industry. Customers can rate privately first. Those who are pleased are invited to post publicly. Those who are not can be handled as a service issue instead of a public surprise.

Adjust branding, copy, send times, rating thresholds, and the platforms you care about most.
Complaints, ratings-only replies, and live reviews sit in one place so your team can answer with context.
Send us the content that is causing damage. We will tell you, at no cost, whether it can be removed and what the process looks like.
A rating recovers faster when real customers write about real work. ReviewLift is the system that asks them. It sends a branded email or SMS after a completed job, with a short link to the profile you choose. The message does not tell the customer what star to leave, it does not offer a discount for a positive review, and it does not filter out unhappy people before they reach the public site. Filtering is a common reason platforms remove reviews, so the product is built not to do it.
You connect the platforms you already use. Google Business Profile is the usual starting point. Glassdoor and Indeed are relevant for employers. Hospitality brands add TripAdvisor. Healthcare profiles can include the sites patients already read. The request is one tap on a phone, because a long form is why most happy customers never write anything.
ReviewLift does not replace removal. A fake one-star post still needs a filing, which is the work on Google review removal and fake review removal. New genuine reviews sit beside that work so the average reflects the customers you actually served. If you only generate reviews and leave ineligible posts in place, the rating stays noisy.
Staff should be able to explain the request in one sentence: we ask everyone, the review is public, and there is no reward tied to the score. Scripts that coach a five-star wording create reviews the platform may later delete. We provide the message templates and the timing, and we keep the wording inside the platform rules.
Teams that also want an alert when a new review appears on a site they do not check daily add monitoring. Teams that need a page of search results cleaned up, not just a star rating, look at Reputero Management. ReviewLift itself is scoped by location and by the volume of requests, and you can start with a single profile.
Setup is a list of locations, the sender name customers already recognise, and the hour the request should go out. Most teams send it the day a job is marked complete, not a week later. You can see who was asked, who opened the message, and who reached the profile. That record is also how you show a platform, if it ever asks, that you invited everyone and did not screen out low scores.
