Reputero Monitoring

The worst way to learn about a new review is a quiet month of lost work.

Watchdog coverage

Know about an attack while you can still act

A competitor, a former employee, or a single loud customer can post at any hour. Left alone, that post starts costing you from the moment it goes live. Monitoring exists so you are not finding out weeks later.

We watch more than 50 review and listing sites. New posts are flagged quickly. Where a removal is justified, the filing can start the next business day, at a reduced rate and without a fresh deposit.

  • Coverage across the sites that affect your category
  • Alerts on new reviews, not only the negative ones
  • Regular activity reports for owners and marketing leads

What is included

Response time is the product

Notice within hours

New reviews are typically flagged in two hours or less so a reply or a removal request is not delayed by a weekend of silence.

Express removal handling

Eligible negative posts can be submitted within one business day. Monitoring clients are not asked for a new deposit on those files.

How it works

A clear path from first look to a publisher decision

Step 01

Send the URLs

Share the listings or posts that are causing damage. We review them the same day in most cases.

Step 02

Receive a written quote

You get a plain assessment of what can be challenged, the likely window, and the fee if we succeed.

Step 03

We file and follow up

Specialists prepare the policy-based submission and stay with appeals until the publisher decides.

Step 04

Pay only if it comes down

If the content is still live after the agreed window, the deposit is returned. You are billed for results.

Join thousands of businesses protecting their name

Send us the content that is causing damage. We will tell you, at no cost, whether it can be removed and what the process looks like.

In detail

What review monitoring covers day to day

Most businesses find a damaging review when a customer mentions it or when bookings drop. By then the post has been live for days. Review monitoring is a watch on the sites that already rank for your name, with an alert when a new review or a material edit appears. Reputero Monitoring covers 50+ review and listing sites, including the platforms we file on.

An alert is only useful if someone acts on it. The monitoring desk reads the new post against the same policy tests used for removal. If the post looks ineligible, we can open a filing the same day under the success fee described on content removal. If the post is a genuine complaint, you get a suggested public reply and a note that it should stay up. You are not left with a raw email and a link.

Edits matter as much as new posts. A review that was removed can be reposted, and a mild review can be rewritten into an attack. Monitoring compares the text, not just the star count. That history is also what a later appeal needs.

The sites people ask about first are Google, Glassdoor, Indeed, TripAdvisor, RateMDs, and Vitals. If your industry uses another directory, ask at intake. A watch that ignores the site your customers actually read is not a watch.

Monitoring is a monthly service, separate from the per-removal fee. Many clients add ReviewLift at the same time so new genuine reviews arrive while the watch is on. The setup is a list of profile URLs and the people who should receive alerts. You can begin with one brand and add locations later.

Alerts go to named people, not a shared inbox that nobody opens. Each profile is listed with the platform, the URL, and the threshold for what counts as a new event. A star change without new text is included, because a rewritten review often keeps the same author. You can pause a location without losing the history, and you can export the log if a lender, a board, or a franchisor asks what you did when a post appeared.
